The Customer Care team makes sure the Joule organization runs as smoothly as a Shimano Nexus 7 (don't panic if you don't immediately know what that means exactly).

A goal-getter, a problem-solver, a social, enthusiastic, driven, passionate workhorse. Now, to see the trees through the LinkedIn forest of personal attributes, let's make it a little more concrete:
- You speak fluent Dutch, English and French
- You have a higher education degree, a college degree in life is also welcome
- You are enthusiastic, a jumper and have lots of energy
- You can work independently and are structured
- You are communicative and enjoy interacting with customers
- You are not averse to talking on the phone, in fact, you quite enjoy doing it
- You like structure and organization, and that's at is still general, so let's just say you're a fan of Dymo labels, organized server environments and folders in your mailbox
- You are a cool(n)
💁What should I do
Customer Care team is responsible for the bicycle welfare of our customers. This ranges from assembly and delivery of the bikes, to fixing flat tires and stiff brake pads. You support the team in day-to-day communication and administration so that our service shifts as smoothly as a Nexus hub gear.
1) Communication & planning: at Joule, we value not only the service (maintenance and repair) but also the communication around it. You ensure that the customer is informed and proactively followed up. Your phone is in your left pocket, your pen in your right pocket. Besides communicating, you think about processes to optimize communication.
2) Follow-up technicians: you work with the technicians like a greased chain. Our technicians are the calling card of our seamless mobile service. You will assist them with the necessary planning, briefing and follow-up of repairs, maintenance and deliveries to ensure they are executed to perfection.
3) Inventory Management: From purchase order to mail packer, you will watch over order and deliveries of parts and bikes and help follow up on warranty issues or problems with assemblies.
4) Administration wizard: You will also help set up meetings in a fun, but functional way, manage internal facilities,.... We are the spokes of our organization and make sure everything rolls on wheels.
