Bike maintenance at work
A pop-up bike shop in your company's parking lot? No problem. Our technicians come by the shop floor or your home for delivery, maintenance or repairs. During maintenance, you work quietly. Our technicians will make sure your bike shines like never before.
How quickly do we get to the scene?
For an urgent repair, we try to come by within two working days. If the repair is not urgent (the bike is still riding), we will come by within two weeks.
Does Joule work with its own technicians?
Yes! Our mobile crews drive around the country to repair your bike on the shop floor. Not only do we have our own technical team but also a partner network of approved freelancers who come by for urgent repairs. All our partners meet strict quality standards and have the knowledge and spare parts to keep your bike in optimal condition.

The 'Bike Box' van that serves as a full-fledged bicycle repair shop. Our 'cardboard box' is fully equipped with two workstations, a state-of-the-art toolbox and a compressor with independent power source.
